Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days. Custom orders may take 3-4 weeks depending on the specifications.

What materials do you use?+
We use premium materials including solid sheesham and teak wood frames, high-density foam, velvet, linen, leatherette, and performance fabrics.
Do you deliver across India?+
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery charges may vary based on location. Free delivery is available in NCR.
Is assembly required?+
Most of our products come with minimal assembly required. Our delivery team handles the assembly at no extra charge.
What is your warranty policy?+
All ARAYA furniture comes with a 3-year warranty on the wood frame and 1-year warranty on upholstery and foam.
Can I visit a showroom?+
We currently operate online. However, you can schedule a home visit consultation to see fabric samples and discuss designs in person.
How do I care for my sofa?+
Regular vacuuming and immediate spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure. We provide detailed care instructions with each product.
