Thank you for choosing Shree Araya Design and Solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your sofa purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the sofa must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Custom or made-to-order sofas are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged sofas can be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your sofa is damaged.
Return Process
- Contact us at arayadesigns1802@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 9971281802 to initiate your return.
- We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (when eligible).
- Pack the sofa securely in its original packaging and arrange pickup or drop-off as directed.
Exceptions
- Clearance, final sale, and customized items are not eligible for return.
- Products must not show signs of wear, stains, or alterations.
